The surgeries outlined below are the most common providing major steps in a patient's journey. Ultimately it is through time spent discussing that each bespoke treatment plan is drawn up. Patients are encouraged to participate in the computer aided planning process in preparation for their surgery.
Jaw augmentation
A broader, chiselled and more square jaw can be achieved with jaw implants. These can be custom designed for a truly bespoke result and are placed entirely through incisions in the mouth.
Jaw implants can easily be placed at the same time as top surgery with Mr Miles Berry or Mr Marcus Davies for no additional hospital time whilst reducing costs. Mr Douglas is able to provide this alongside
Chin augmentation
Chin augmentation can be achieved either using an implant or by repositioning the bone of the chin in a scarless procedure called a genioplasty.

Brow augmentation
A more prominent brow is associated with being masculine. For patients looking for a more masculine face, this can be achieved either by bone reshaping or using implants. A detailed scan is performed to assess the bones of your forehead before discussing the best technique to help you achieve your desired result.
Adam's Apple creation
The visual presence of an obvious Adam's apple is unmistakably masculine. In contrast to a shave where it is reduced to create a more feminine appearance, it is possible to augment the cartilage. This results in an unmistakable masculine feature that can significantly help achieve affirmation.
